Kimberley Heitman is a Perth Barrister and Solicitor, Company Director and Consultant, Expert Witness and Professional Advisor.
He is currently General Counsel and Director, Legal Services, University of Western Australia and President of the Society of University Lawyers (SOUL).
He is a Full Member and Certified Technologist accredited by the Australian Computer Society and a Board Member of the Australian Privacy Foundation.
He is a member of the Group of Eight Legal Counsel Forum and a Teaching Fellow at the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering at the University of Western Australia.
Kim is a past Chairman of Electronic Frontiers Australia Inc, and is a lifetime member.
He was a founding director and past President of the WA Internet Association, a founding director and long-time Deputy Chair of the .au Domain Administration Limited (AUDA), a founding director of iiNet Limited, a past Chairman of AdultShop.com Limited, a former director of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman Board and a writer for computer and legal journals.
