Mark is currently a year 4/5 classroom teacher at Rosalie Primary School. He is a strong advocate of experiential learning, and is the instigator of a number of community partnerships that his school is involved in. Mark has worked in education since 2000. At various times he has taught all primary and secondary years, in a diverse array of schools, and a circus, in 5 states and territories.
Mark has a BSc in Forest Science from Melbourne University, and a post-graduate diploma in Education from the University of New England. Prior to working in education, Mark was involved in environmental management and research, as well as running horticultural businesses in Australia and the USA.
